What a beautiful way to escape. Soundbath harmony transports you to another place. Thank you Sue. I really enjoyed the different sounds. Tuning into different sounds took me out of my head. It was such a unique experience.

Reiki attunement
I have attended a kundalini yoga class and also a level one reiki attunement with Sue. Sue is a very genuine, down-to-earth and generous person. She is very knowledgeable and is eager to pass on any helpful skills and information she can for the benefit of others. I found both classes to be very calming, enlightening and enriching and would highly recommend attending a session with Sue whether it be for yoga or reiki.

I joined Kundalini yoga with Sue last December 24. It was like nothing else I had done and the movement and breath work change your mood and being. Sue is authentic, kind and real. Sue is grounded and what we all need in a yoga teacher. After each session with Sue you feel in a different realm. I loved her sessions so much I went on to train in Kundalini myself. I had smoked cigarettes for 20 years and although I knew I needed to stop smoking, a part of me did not want to as this had been part of my identity for two decades. I had managed to get down from 20 a day when I was in my twenties to 2 per day after I had had children; my only real motivator for this reduction! I had always insisted that I would never give up my morning cigarette as I enjoyed it so much and it gave me some much needed ‘me time’. However, I knew in my heart of hearts that I did not want to be a smoker. My children never saw me smoking and I felt a constant guilt about it. I kept imagining getting ill through smoking and having to admit to my children that it was my fault I would not be there for them. I was also watching my own mother battle COPD and knew I could not put my children through this.
Sue was recommended by my auntie who had stopped smoking after going to her once. To this day my auntie has never touched a cigarette. I agreed to have a session with Sue. She asked that I write down my reasons for smoking and reasons for wanting to stop before I attended the session. I found this difficult but also quite therapeutic to put everything in black and white.
When I arrived for my session, Sue immediately put me at ease. I thought that I would find it hard to relax as I am an anxious person but I was soon drifting off as Sue spoke for the following thirty minutes. I was awake yet definitely in a state of semi-consciousness as Sue asked me to think of my children and the reasons why I was wanting to stop smoking. At the end of the session I felt like I had been in a deep trance; a very surreal yet pleasant feeling.
After that day I stopped smoking for 6 weeks, Unfortunately due to a stressful situation I relapsed and began again for 2 months when Sue asked me if I wanted to have another session. After the second session I can proudly say I have not touched a cigarette for 8 months. I would recommend Sue to anyone.

Sceptical at First
Hi Sue, I just want to say thankyou for helping me with my problem with food. I was a bit sceptical at first about hypnosis but it seems to have been successful so far. I stopped taking sugar in cups of tea and I started leaving food on my plate, which was never heard of. I also started feeling better about myself and more confident too. Once again thank you so much for your help.

Reiki Feedback
Just some feedback on the Reiki session we had. I found the session very beneficial for a number of reasons. I was able to relax that evening and slept really well that night after the session. It helped with stress levels for the next couple of days. I felt calmer and it gave me a feeling of better well-being.

So Relaxing!
Hi Sue, I would like to thank you again for the Reiki yesterday which was so relaxing! It’s very rare I am able to switch off during relaxation techniques but I found this to be very calming and I was able to switch off from the chaos of Christmas and rest comfortably during the session. I really enjoyed the atmosphere in the room and the music was really calming and easy to listen to – I really enjoyed this and listening to the different sounds which helped me to drift off into a state of calmness and added to the experience. I also thought the lighting in the room was really comfortable and helped me to relax as well – I really liked the salt lamp! I was very chilled out during the Reiki session and you made me feel at ease. I really enjoyed the experience and was pleasantly surprised that during the Reiki I felt sensations in my head and hands – a tingle in my hands, and afterwards I felt really chilled out and refreshed. Throughout the day I felt so calm and loved the after effect of feeling so relaxed. This feeling lasted into the evening when I got home and I was able to sit and chill out for the evening before going to bed where I was able to fall asleep easily – as usually my mind wanders away! I would definitely recommend your Reiki sessions and I can’t wait to have another in the future! 10/10 Sue! Loved it.

A Magic Wand!
I’ve suffered for years with depression and anxiety and I’ve tried meditation and CBT but nothing ever worked and I’d just about given up. Then I decided to try life-coaching though I was sceptical as to whether it would do any good. Well after one session with Sue, I felt so much better. It was as if she’d come along and waved a magic wand over me. I started to feel positive for the first time in ages and I felt able to start tackling all those little tasks that I’d been putting off because they seemed impossible. Sue has taught me how to have a more positive outlook on life, she has helped me to see things from a different perspective and she was so approachable, I felt as if I was chatting with an old friend. I told her that I have problems leaving the house and she conducted all the sessions at my home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend life coaching with Sue.
